The company was founded in 2019 by Patrick Mohr and Marcus Stade and specializes in projects in the areas of data collection, data management, analytics, marketing activation and data visualization. mohrstade offers these services in independent and certified partnerships with marketing technology manufacturers.
As a company in a promising industry, we are constantly growing and changing. That is why we are looking for a full-time Accounting Manager (on site) for our office in Munich as soon as possible.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing the monthly accounts together with the tax consultant
- Posting, reconciliation and maintenance of accounts receivable, accounts payable and G/L accounts
- Checking and digitising incoming and outgoing invoices
- Monthly management of project services rendered
- Preparation of project invoices
- Adjustment of advance payments
- Processing and execution of payment transactions for all business transactions
- Monitoring and implementation of the dunning and complaints process
- Monitoring the development of income and expenditure
Communicating with tax advisors and assisting with tax audits - No home office
Requirements and Qualifications
- No home office activity
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an accountant or comparable commercial training.
- You have professional experience in bookkeeping / accounting.
- You have experience with DATEV.
- You are proficient in common Office software solutions such as Excel, Word etc.
- Conscientious and well-structured way of working, combined with an affinity for numbers
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, discretion and loyalty
